Since the election of Ashraf Ghani in 2014 (1393 H.S.), a series of laws and policies in the urban sector have been proposed. Some are passed and adopted, some are still being deliberated. This page is a collection of all the laws and policies I can find. The purpose of creating this page is to enable different agencies in the urban sector to freely access these documents, in order to coordinate their work and avoid duplicate and overlapping policy.
